How do I place an order?
When you are ready to order, please send an e-mail to LindsaysDesigns@yahoo.com listing the item(s) you wish to purchase. I will then contact you via e-mail regarding any additional information I may need: length, bead selection, clasp type or any other options that may be available for the item(s) purchased. Please respond back to this e-mail with all of the information requested. Once this information is received, you will be sent an e-mail confirming all of your requests and the total amount due. From there, please send your payment.
How long will it take to make item(s)? How long to ship?
All of my items are made-to-order. As with all handmade designs - each piece may vary slightly from the original. As soon as payment is received and information regarding length, bead selection, etc... has been collected, your order is then placed in my "things to make" queue. It generally take 5-7 days from the day payment is received that your item(s) are hand-crafted, packaged and shipped. Large orders can add additional days to this process. If you need an item sooner than what is described above (example: need item for some engagement...etc.) it is sometimes possible to rush items. I ship all items US First Class Mail (unless requested differently). Generally it takes 3-5 days for items to arrive after they have been shipped. All jewelry is shipped in a padded jewelry gift box within a manilla bubble mailer. I charge $4.00 for shipping of the first item. Additional items may be charged more for a larger package. Insurance is automatically included. Please include an additional 8.25% sales tax if you live in Texas. Out-of-state customers do not need to pay sales tax.
All Findings (jump rings, spacer beads, chain, wire, earring wire, etc..) are Sterling Silver.

Length...
You choose the length (for most
jewelry). Use the following averages for reference:
- Necklaces average 16-18 inches
- Bracelets average 7 1/2 inches
How do I figure out what length will work for me? Two ways to measure:
1. Take a piece of string and wrap
it around your wrist or neck to the exact size you want your jewelry to be.
Take this string and measure it against a ruler. Tell me this exact length
and I will make your jewelry that size.
2. Measure a piece of jewelry that fits you well from end to end. Tell me
this exact length and I will make your jewelry the same size as the jewelry
you already own.
Color of beads:
Many of my jewelry designs include my handmade beads. If you are interested in a piece of jewelry but the handmade beads have (for example) blue swirls, but you'd prefer it to be orange and yellow dots - let me know. I can do my best to accomodate your requests - please be specific and allow for extra shipping time due to the special request.
Is this item a gift?
I have gift bags available for $1 each. There are French Vanilla Satin bags as well as Solid Coloful Felt bags.
Secure Payment:
I accept credit card payment through Paypal.com. Paypal offers easy credit card payment methods for non Paypal members. All that is required by Paypal (from non-Paypal members) is the creation of a Paypal user ID (usually your e-mail address), a password, and obviously your credit card and shipping information. Non Paypal members will be prompted for this automatically during the "check out" process.
Other Methods of Payment:
Money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks are accepted. Please wait 10 business days for personal checks to clear before items are shipped. You may contact me by phone: 512.350.5469 or e-mai to request mailing address of where to send payment. With your payment, please include:
